RAD Brelvi (my name RAD, he/they) MBA, EOLD Certified Practitioner, Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor

RAD is a money coach, finance and operations leader, and multidisciplinary creative dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate healthier, more compassionate relationships with money. Drawing from RAD’s lived experience as a queer and trans brown person, combined with years of experience in nonprofit financial leadership, human resources, and organizational development, RAD brings together practical financial expertise with an understanding of the emotional, cultural, and systemic dynamics that shape our experiences with wealth. RAD’s work supports individuals in healing money trauma, building financial confidence, and aligning their financial lives with their deepest values, while helping mission-driven organizations create sustainable systems rooted in equity, integrity, and care.

RAD’s educational journey includes a Master of Business Administration from LIFT Economy, where RAD developed a deeper understanding of regenerative economics, values-based leadership, and equitable business practices. RAD also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, providing a strong interdisciplinary foundation that continues to inform RAD’s work across the nonprofit, business, and creative sectors.

Beyond RAD’s professional career, RAD's life is deeply rooted in practices that nurture individuals, communities, and the earth. RAD is a certified yoga instructor, death doula, host of Radical Queers Podcast, musician, farmer, dancer, and artist who believes that healing, creativity, and stewardship are essential elements of effective leadership. RAD’s diverse experiences inform a holistic approach to life and work—one that values resilience, presence, collaboration, and meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, RAD is a devoted dog dad who can often be found hiking local trails, exploring parks, and adventuring with Ruby, Friend, and Rocio. RAD is an active song leader with Singing Resistance, using collective music-making to build community, inspire hope, and support movements for justice. RAD also performs with his partner, leo, in the band Troubleshootin', where they share a love of music, storytelling, and bringing people together through live performance.

RAD is passionate about supporting individuals, organizations and communities that prioritize social justice, environmental regeneration, wellness, and collective care. Whether developing financial systems, guiding people through life's transitions, cultivating the land, making music, or creating art, RAD is dedicated to fostering balance, sustainability, and transformation. RAD believes that thriving organizations, healthy ecosystems, and resilient communities are all built through a combination of thoughtful systems, compassionate care, creativity, and joy.
