Our services include land management consulting, designing, implementation, and financial administration with expertise in farming, landscaping, groundskeeping, gardening, and irrigation. Forest Firefighter Type II Certified, specializing in fuels reduction and prescribed burns.

Justice is an essential part of agriculture including racialized and Indigenous histories, LandBack, Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), Just Transition, labor rights, land access, resources, and regenerative systems stewardship.

RAD moves from listening to and assessing the land and its story, to tending the practical work of growing, cultivating, sustaining and nurturing the soil, by intentionally stewarding it for future generations.
